I am locked out of my account, how do I reset my password?

You can reset you password using the email address or phone number that has been confirmed on your HSA Bank ESA. You will need to have access to email account or phone number in order to reset your password.

1. Go to https://esa.hsabank.com/
2. Click on the Forgot Password? Reset Password link
3. Enter your email address and click on the Request Password Reset button
4. Check your email inbox for an email with subject “Reset your password for your HSA Bank ESA” and follow the instructions outlined in that email; you will be prompted to choose a new password which meets all the following criteria:
   • 8 or more characters
   • At least one uppercase letter
   • At least one number
   • At least one non-alphanumeric character (e.g. !@#$%&)
